M.I.C.E are needs where companies require outside help to bring everything together for strategic direction, management, and budget for the assignment. This is where hiring a Freelance professional can fulfill your project needs. As my client, I would work with you, utilizing a subset of the Tourism industry to coordinate every detail from start to finish.

Entire programs of events and hospitality could include entertaining content, new technology, travel & accommodation, excursions, corporate gifts, drinks receptions, gala dinners, and award ceremonies.

Meetings and incentive programs involve location planning, destination management, coordinating travel and accommodation, and creating a program of supporting events. This is where I work with you to take care of all the details and remove the stress.

Incentive Travel can be anything from Sales Incentives, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Motivation, or Customer Loyalty. It is a great way to create an environment where they can celebrate their accomplishments with their peers, feel part of an elite group, bond with, and get personal recognition from management executives. Consulting services including but not limited to the following:

Meeting with clients to understand why they're holding a meeting or event
Plan the details of the event, including its time, location, and cost
Request bids from venues, caterers, and other service providers
Visit venues to ensure the usability and that they meet requirements
Coordinate rooms, menu, product giveaways, transportation, and other services
Oversee all activities to ensure that everyone is satisfied
Review bills, invoices, and approve payments working with client budgets
Client weekly or monthly meetings for review and status of venue progress

FEE STRUCTURE OPTIONS FOR M.I.C.E CONSULTING

As a consultant,

I am able to work with the best fee structure to suit your project budget.

Flat project fee - Flat fee for services based on overall event cost

Percentage of expenses -Total event cost x 15-20% to cover consulting fees

Hourly rate - consulting rate range between $75 and $125 per hour depending on content of services required

Commissionable rates - If commissionable rates are offered from suppliers that are being contracted, then consulting service fees will be waived

Expenses will be the only additional components invoiced as per agreement for any of the above services
