About ThIS WEBSITE... women health business and travel

This website is to share the information I have learned through 30 plus years in the travel industry, visiting more than 100 countries.  

Each month I will produce a newsletter to send to our subscribers, including great recipes, health finds, business and travel tips, and any other fun facts we have learned along the way.   

The website will also show any products that have helped a colleague or me.  As women in business, we find ourselves looking for ways to reduce our stress, sleep better, eat, and stay healthier to maintain our ideal weight and well being. 

This blog came out of experiences.  I have traveled for business for many years to different countries, experiencing different cultures, and the way they live.
